It’s officially June, which means a whole new month with tons of new books! Summer is here, which really brings up my hope for reading. Especially my hope for how many books I’ll be able to read. I’ll be on vacation in June which hopefully means I’ll get the time to read some more books than I normally do. I’m a slow reader and it always takes some time to read a whole book. I’m also the biggest mood reader, so I switch a lot between books. Therefore, these are my hopeful reads, not a strict TBR, because I can never stick to it (haha). I thought I’d create a monthly “Hopefuls” list, which serves as a fun set of TBR ideas for myself. So here is my list of my June Hopefuls:

Books I’ve started, and want to finish:
- Just for the Summer by Abby Jimenez
- Summer romance, dating curse
- The Reappearance of Rachel Price by Holly Jackson
- Mystery, creating a true crime documentary
- You’re Not Supposed to Die Tonight by Kalynn Bayron
- Horror, actress ‘final girl’ role turned real.
- Under the Dome by Stephen King
- Horror, closed off from the rest of the world
This month’s reads include some horror, some thriller, and a hint of romance. Sounds like the perfect summer mix.
What are your hopefuls for June, and do you have any recommendations?
